The stump shrinkers made from compressive knitted material promote wound healing after amputation. They are used in the treatment of oedema and for shaping the stump. The soft, smooth inner surface of the knitted fabric ensures the stump shrinkers are comfortable to wear.
Tailor-made Juzo stump shrinkers for arms and legs are available in the compression classes 1 and 2 and in the Juzo Expert and Juzo Expert Silver knit options, the latter with an antibacterial effect, as well as Juzo Expert Cotton with skin-friendly cotton. All stump shrinkers are characterised by a premium fit for maximum freedom of movement, pleasant wearing comfort and perfect compression. The following generally applies: in order to achieve the desired effect, the compression garment must fit well and be comfortable enough that users enjoy wearing it regularly.
